Accounts Payable Coordinator (Part-time)

DPR is in search of a superb Accounts Payable Coordinator. This Coordinator will have a passion (did we already mention that?) for the mission and vision of DPR as well as be a positive and upbeat team member. Below are a few examples of what you would do:
Process payments according to organization policy and department procedures
Ensure payments and invoices are processed timely and accurately
Reconcile accounts payable data and updates the accounts payable vendor master file
Review and ensure administrative requests are in compliance with DPR policies
Provide support to other members of the Finance team
Ensure productivity expectations, customer service and compliance standards are maintained in performing job duties
The Accounts Payable Coordinator requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or experience. This position requires the completion of any funders’ required training. Proficiency in Quickbooks, Microsoft Office and Excel is a must!
This position requires a person with the talent to engage and encourage people in private and group settings • Ability and willingness to travel, occassionally • Ability to lift boxes up to 30 pounds, possibly more.
This position requires a person with the attitude and desire to relate to others in a positive manner, the ability to organize information, complete tasks in a timely manner, identify problems and plan corrective actions, and handle multiple tasks and sometimes work under pressure • Additionally, this position requires the ability to exercise initiative, assertiveness and deal with others tactfully and the ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions • Communication skills, writing and speaking, are critical • Understanding of budgets and ability to work with contract deadlines. The position is part time (20-25 hours per week), and is considered Non-Exempt.
